A sacred gathering for women ready to return to themselves.
The Long Exhale is a five-day women’s gathering in the Scottish Highlands.
Scotland’s bones are made of myth, stone, and the pulse of the unseen. From Neolithic cairns to standing stones, this land has always been a living altar. At Solstice — when the sun lingers and the veil grows thin — it opens even wider.
Alba — the ancient Gaelic name for Scotland — means bright, mountain-lit. This is a land of light and lineage. A field of remembering where bodies soften into presence and the nervous system finally exhales.
To walk here at Solstice is to step into a portal.
You don’t just arrive. You return.
A place where Solstice light, forest, and river recalibrate your entire being.
Here, the pace is ancient. Here, joy lives in moss and mist. Here, you return to the rhythm your body has never forgotten.
We walk in silence. We sit by the fire. We listen to what the wind says when no one's speaking.
And by the time we leave… we are no longer the same women who arrived.
A place where your nervous system finally exhales. Here, forest, river, Solstice light realign your being. Here your body remembers the gentle pulse it once knew.
Reserve Your SpotIn the Scottish Highlands, the land hums with old magic. The stones remember. The rivers whisper songs older than language.
This isn't just nature — it's ancestral medicine. A place where women come not to escape, but to return — to the body, to the earth, to the knowing that lives beneath the noise.
Among the heather and pine, in the shadow of mountains shaped by myth, you are invited to lay it all down.
And be remade
by the wild.
Connect deeply to nature.
Allow your nervous system to slow down as you ground and reconnect with Earth pace.
In the Scottish Highlands, the land hums with old magic. The stones remember. The rivers whisper songs older than language. Here, the veil between worlds feels thin—each moss-covered root, each breath of mist, a portal back to something primal. This isn’t just nature; it’s ancestral medicine. A place where women come not to escape, but to return—to the body, to the earth, to the knowing that lives beneath the noise. Among the heather and pine, in the shadow of mountains shaped by myth, you are invited to lay it all down… and be remade by the wild.
